TDVA Holds Landmark 10th General Assembly in Mekelle

The Tigray Disabled Veterans Association (TDVA) successfully concluded its 10th General Assembly – a three-day summit (December 15-22) that brought together veterans, regional leaders, and stakeholders to evaluate six years of post-war rehabilitation efforts.

New Board of Directors and Executive Committee members elected by unanimous vote

📊 Progress Report:

• Reviewed TDVA’s 2017-2023 achievements in:
  • Healthcare access for 5,364+ veterans
  • 23.6 million ETB in disability compensations
  • 1,026 housing land allocations

💬 Open Forum:
Veteran delegates raised critical questions on:

• Accelerating prosthetic services
• Expanding urban job programs
• Strengthening mental health support
