Organizational Structure
The Tigray Disabled Veterans Association (TDVA) operates under a structured hierarchy designed to ensure effective governance, operational efficiency, and accountability. The organization is led by the TDVA Management Board, which sets strategic direction and policies. Under the Board, the General Manager oversees daily operations, supported by key Supporting Departments (such as Public Relations, Legal, and ICT) and Operational Departments (including Planning, Rehabilitation Services, and Finance).
To enhance grassroots engagement, TDVA maintains Sub-Committees at regional, zonal, and local levels (e.g., Woreda and Kebele Committees), ensuring community involvement in decision-making. Additionally, Finance & HR functions are centralized to streamline resource management. This well-defined structure enables TDVA to fulfill its mission of supporting disabled veterans through coordinated programs, advocacy, and social services.
