TDVA and Tigray Interim Government Distribute Land to 1,026 War-Disabled Veterans in Historic Ceremony

In a landmark move for postwar recovery, the Tigray Disabled Veterans Association (TDVA) and Tigray’s Interim Administration today allocated 140 sqm land plots to 1,026 severely wounded veterans, fulfilling a long-delayed promise of compensation for their sacrifices.

🏡 Allocations:

  • 140 square meters per veteran (residential/commercial use)
  • Priority given to amputees & critically injured
  • Total distributed land: 14+ hectares
