
TDVA Launches Free Prosthetic Limb Treatment Campaign in Collaboration with International Partners
Mekelle, Ethiopia – February 25, 2024
The Tigray Disabled Veterans Association (TDVA) has partnered with German charity Hands Project and UK-based Haddis Agape Foundation to provide free prosthetic limb treatments at the Mekelle Ortho-Physiotherapy Center from February 25-29, 2024.

- Funded by German and British humanitarian organizations
- Implemented with Tigray Regional Health Bureau support

Eligibility & Access
👥 Target Beneficiaries:
- War amputees from Tigray conflict
- Civilians with conflict-related injuries
- Low-income individuals unable to afford treatment
🚗 Transport Support:
- Limited transportation assistance available for rural patients
- Priority given to severely disabled cases
