A high-level delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) conducted a working visit to the Mekelle Ortho-Physiotherapy Center (MOPC) on June 4, 2024, reaffirming their commitment to Tigray’s disabled veterans through expanded rehabilitation partnerships.
