In a historic move, 103 members of the Tigray Disabled Veterans Association (TDVA) received 20 square meters of land each in Axum, fulfilling a promise delayed by the genocidal war. The long-awaited distributions began on June 28, 2024, under a new regional rehabilitation initiative.
